Use the iKhokha app to take payments and manage sales on the go.
Sign in with the same email address and password you use for your iKhokha profile.
Get the app
Download the iKhokha app for Android, Huawei or iPhone:
Sign in
Open the iKhokha app.
Enter the email address and password for your iKhokha profile.
Tap Login.
If you can't sign in, see Log in and reset your password.
Take payments
Tap New sale to start a sale. Enter an amount on the keypad or choose products from your catalogue and add them to the cart.
On a compatible Android phone, you can use iK Tap on Phone to accept contactless card payments without a separate card machine. You can also record cash sales in the app. To check whether your phone can use iK Tap on Phone, see Which phones work with iK Tap on Phone.

Keep track of your sales and payouts
You can review sales and payout information in the app and perform cash-ups when you need to close out your trading activity.

Send a Pay Link or invoice
Use Pay Link when you want to send a customer a link to pay online. Use Invoice when you need to create an invoice and send it to the customer to pay.
Sell prepaid products
Use iK Prepaid in the app to sell airtime, data and other prepaid products. See Sell prepaid products to get started, or Top up your prepaid balance when you need to add funds.
Check your Cash Advance
If a Cash Advance offer is available to your business, you can view and accept it in the app and track an active advance. See Check if you're eligible for a Cash Advance.
Use your catalogue when you make a sale
Products and services in your catalogue can be selected in the app when you make a sale. To add or update your catalogue, see Manage your products and services.
When to use the iK Dashboard
Use the iK Dashboard when you need to manage more of your business, such as refunds, reports, catalogue and stock management, staff, profile details and online selling tools. See The iK Dashboard explained.
Keep your profile secure
Keep the app and your phone's software up to date. Never share your password, PIN or one-time PIN (OTP) with anyone.
