Create an itemised invoice for a customer and send it by email or WhatsApp.

iK Invoice lets you create and send an itemised invoice for payment by a customer.

Create an invoice in the iK Dashboard

  1. Sign in to the iK Dashboard.

  2. Open Online, then Invoices.

  3. Select Create Invoice.

Add the customer

  1. Enter or choose the customer details requested.

  2. Complete any optional customer details you want to include on the invoice.

  3. Continue to the next step.

Add the products or services

  1. Add the products or services being billed.

  1. Choose a catalogue item if it appears in the form, or enter the item details requested.

  1. Check the quantities, prices and totals, then continue.

Set the payment terms

Choose the payment terms or due date. Add an invoice number or notes if you need them on the invoice. Make sure the description clearly explains what the customer is paying for.

Review and create the invoice

  1. Review the customer details, items, total, due date and notes.

  2. Select Create Invoice.

  3. Check the invoice before you send it.

Create an invoice in the iKhokha app

You can also create an invoice from the iKhokha app. Open Invoices, add the customer and items, review the payment terms and create the invoice.

Send the invoice

Send or share the invoice by email or WhatsApp. You can also copy the invoice link if that option is available. The customer can use the payment button on the invoice to pay online.

After you send the invoice

Use Track and manage your invoices to check the invoice and payment status. If you need to correct an invoice before the customer pays, use the action available for that invoice rather than creating a second version.
