Use the iK Dashboard to manage your business, review activity and set up business tools.
Use the iK Dashboard to manage your business. You can review sales and payouts, issue refunds, manage your catalogue, stock and staff, and set up online payment tools such as your Webstore. You can also access reports and your profile details.
Open dashboard.ikhokha.com and sign in with your iKhokha profile.

Open dashboard.ikhokha.com in your browser.
Sign in with the email address and password for your iKhokha profile.

The home screen
The home screen gives you a quick view of your business activity. Use the left-hand menu to go to what you want to manage.
Manage your business in the iK Dashboard
The menu shows what’s available to your iKhokha profile.
Online: Pay Links and Invoices. To create and send a Pay Link, see Create and send a Pay Link.
Integrations: Buy Buttons and payment gateways for your website. To create a Buy Button, see Create a Buy Button.
Reports: Sales History, Payouts, Tax Invoices, Catalogue Insights and Accounting. See View your sales in Sales History or How payouts work.
Store: Catalogue Management, Stock Management, Webstore and Order Management. To add or update catalogue items, see Manage your products and services.
Subscriptions: products with an active subscription. See Understand your subscriptions and monthly charges.
iK Offers: Cash Advance, Business Cover and Refer and Earn.
Your profile details
Open the menu in the top-right corner to view your personal, business and banking details. You can't edit all business details directly. To request a change, see Manage your profile details.
When to use the iKhokha app
Use the iKhokha app when you want to take payments and manage sales on the go. You can also use iK Tap on Phone, iK Prepaid, Pay Links, invoices and Cash Advance from the app. See The iKhokha app explained.
