Create a Buy Button

If you have a website and want to add a way for customers to pay without setting up a full ecommerce platform, an iK Buy Button lets you add a payment button to a page on your site.

Before you create a Buy Button

Decide what the customer is paying for, whether the payment should use a fixed amount or an amount entered by the customer, and what description or reference you want them to see.

Customers can pay through a Buy Button by debit or credit card, or Instant EFT. You can create more than one Buy Button for different products, services or payment needs.

Create the Buy Button

1. Sign in to the iK Dashboard.

2. Open Integrations.

3. Select Buy Button.

4. Select Create iK Buy Button.

Set the payment details

Complete the amount, description, reference and other fields shown. If the form lets you choose between a fixed amount and an amount entered by the customer, select the option that matches how you want to collect payment.

Choose how the button looks

Use the available style and display options, then check the preview to make sure the button and payment information are clear.

Review and create the Buy Button

Check the payment details and button appearance, then create the Buy Button.

Once the Buy Button has been created, see Add a Buy Button to your website to copy the generated code, add it to your site and test the checkout.
