Set up and publish your iK Webstore
- iK Dashboard
Build, preview and publish your iK Webstore from the iK Dashboard, then share it with customers.
Build your iK Webstore in the iK Dashboard, check what customers will see and publish it when setup is complete. It's hosted by iKhokha, so you don't need an existing website before you begin.
The store is free to use. Normal transaction fees apply when customers pay by card.
Open iK Webstore in the iK Dashboard
Sign in to the iK Dashboard.
Open Store.
Select Webstore.
Select Start now.
Choose your online store name and URL
Enter the name you prepared and continue through the form. Review the hosted URL shown before confirming it. If the form displays a URL confirmation step, check spelling and punctuation.
Your online store is hosted on an iKhokha domain. You can't connect or redirect your own domain to it.
Complete the setup guide
Work through the setup items shown in the guide. Your setup options include choosing the products and services customers can buy, adding branding and contact details, reviewing policies and terms, and configuring delivery or pickup.
If you see an Add a Product or product-selection step, choose the existing catalogue items you want customers to see. To choose which catalogue items appear and understand the product and page limits, see Add products and services to your online store.
Review each required item before publishing. The guide may keep Publish unavailable while a required step is incomplete.
Preview your online store
Preview the store as a customer before you publish it. Check the store name, product names, descriptions, prices, images, variants, contact details and fulfilment information. Open the preview on a phone as well as a larger screen so you can spot layout or ordering problems.
Review policies and publish
Your iKhokha profile must be verified before your online store can be published. Complete any outstanding required setup, review and accept the iK Webstore terms or policies shown on the screen, then select Publish when the guide is ready.
Share your online store
When you publish your iK Webstore, iKhokha generates a shareable store link and a QR code you can download. Use either option to direct customers to your online store.
Keep the published link and QR code handy for your website, social profile, WhatsApp messages or other customer communications.
Make changes after publishing
Go to Store > Webstore when you need to edit the store, change the products shown, update fulfilment settings or unpublish the store. Publishing is separate from managing the catalogue and orders.
To choose products, manage orders, set up fulfilment or pause the store, see Add products and services to your online store, Manage your orders, Set up delivery and pickup or Unpublish or republish your online store.
