Prepare to set up your iK Webstore
Get your store details, catalogue, branding and delivery or pickup options ready before you build your iK Webstore.
Choose your online store name
Choose a clear name that customers will recognise. iK Webstore is hosted by iKhokha and the name you choose is used as part of the hosted store address shown during setup. Check the spelling before you continue and write down your store link once it is displayed.
Choose a name you expect to keep and review the URL before you confirm it.
Prepare your branding and contact details
Have your logo or other store branding ready as a JPG, JPEG or PNG file. Have the contact details customers may need, such as your business email address, phone or WhatsApp number, trading address and social-media links. Use business details that you are happy to publish publicly.
Your logo should be 200 px by 400 px. Your hero banner should be 1200 px by 400 px and no larger than 5 MB. You can add links to Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
Prepare your products and services
Your online store uses products and services from your iK Catalogue. Review the catalogue before you start and make sure each item has the customer-facing name, description, price, image and any variants you want to sell. If an item is missing, create or update it in Catalogue Management first rather than trying to build a second version inside the online store.
Decide how customers will receive orders
Decide whether you will offer pickup, delivery or both. Have the collection address and instructions ready for pickup. For delivery, decide what customer instructions you want to show. To set up delivery and pickup, see Set up delivery and pickup.
Check your profile and store information
Make sure your iKhokha profile is verified and that your business and contact details are correct. Customers will use the information in your store to decide whether and how to order from you.
When you're ready to build your store, see Set up and publish your iK Webstore.
