Add products and services to your online store
- iK Dashboard
Choose the catalogue products and services customers can see and buy in your online store.
iK Webstore uses items from your iK Catalogue. Choose which existing products and services appear in your online store here. To create or edit the catalogue item itself, see Manage your products and services.
Open iK Webstore product selection
Sign in to the iK Dashboard.
Open Store.
Select Webstore.
Open the products and services step in the setup guide or online store management view.
Select the items customers can buy
Select the products and services you want to show in your online store, then save the selection using the control shown. Use customer-facing names, descriptions and prices in the catalogue because those details are carried into the store.
If the list offers individual selection and a select-all or bulk-selection control, use the option that matches the number of items you need to add. Confirm that the correct items are selected before saving.
Choose variants where supported
If a product has variants, expand the product and check whether the online store selector lets you choose variants individually. Select only the variants you can fulfil and sell. If the selector chooses the whole product instead, manage the variant in catalogue management and follow the options shown.
Use the variant and bulk-selection controls shown for your online store.
Save, publish and preview the store
Save your selection, then select Publish to update the live iK Webstore. Saving a change does not update the published store until you publish it again.
If Publish is greyed out, check the status of your iKhokha profile. Publishing can be unavailable when the business still needs approval to sell online or when its business classification does not allow online selling.
After publishing, preview your online store and check that:
the right products and services are visible
names and descriptions are clear
prices and VAT display correctly
the intended variants are available
images load properly on desktop and mobile
When a product reaches zero stock
If you use stock management, a product is not automatically removed from your online store when its stock reaches 0. To stop customers seeing or buying it, deselect the item in iK Webstore and select Publish again.
If an item is missing or incorrect
Use the existing catalogue item for your online store instead of creating a duplicate. Update the product, service, price, image or variant in catalogue management, then return to the online store selection and preview again. Once a customer places an order, see Manage your orders. For stock, check the item in Stock Management.
Product and page limits
There is no cap on the products or services you can list. Your online store is a single-page site with a scrollable page.
