Set up delivery and pickup

Set up pickup, delivery or both for online store orders and explain how customers will receive their orders.
Choose how customers will receive orders from your online store. Choose pickup, delivery or both based on what your business can fulfil. Set these options before you publish or start taking orders, and keep the information accurate when your collection or delivery process changes.
Arrange pickup or delivery after an order
These settings tell customers how they can receive an order. After a customer pays, use order management to confirm the order, prepare it and record what happens next. To manage order status, see Manage your orders.
Only mark an order ready or arrange delivery once you can confirm the payment and the customer's chosen pickup or delivery option.
Open pickup and delivery settings
Sign in to the iK Dashboard.
Under Manage, open Store.
Select Webstore.
Open your online store setup guide or store settings.
Select Configure store settings.
Open Pickup & delivery options.
If these settings appear in a different place, follow the labels shown in the iK Dashboard.
Offer pickup
Choose the pickup option shown.
Enter the address where customers should collect their orders.
Add useful instructions, such as collection times, entrance details or a contact number.
Save the pickup settings.
Only publish an address and instructions that you are comfortable sharing with customers. Make sure someone is available to hand over orders during the times you communicate.
Offer delivery
Choose the delivery option shown.
Add the delivery information requested by the form.
Save the delivery settings.
There is no option in iK Webstore to charge a delivery fee. iK Webstore does not connect directly to a courier, so you are responsible for arranging delivery with the courier or delivery service you choose.
Explain your delivery areas and conditions clearly in your store or customer communications.
Offer pickup and delivery
If you want customers to choose, enable both options and complete the settings for each one. Preview the checkout or customer view and check that the choices, address and instructions are clear and accurate.
