Split your profile
Request a profile split for stores or devices that remain under the same owner or entity.
Split your profile when parts of your existing profile need to be separated while the owner or legal entity stays the same. Examples can include a second store, selected card machines moving to an additional iKhokha profile, or a separate payout arrangement where iKhokha allows it. This is different from transferring a machine to a new owner.
You can't request a profile split while the iKhokha profile has an active Cash Advance.
When a split may help
You want separate reporting or day-to-day administration for another store under the same owner or entity.
Only selected card machines should move to an additional iKhokha profile.
The business needs an approved separation of payment activity while ownership remains unchanged.
A profile split is not used when the business or owner has changed. In that case, see Transfer a card machine to a new owner or Change your business structure or legal entity.
Prepare the request
List the stores, card machines and online tools that should remain on the existing iKhokha profile or move.
Explain which iKhokha profile should stay unchanged and what the additional iKhokha profile is for.
Have the owner or authorised representative details for the existing iKhokha profile available.
Explain any payout-bank arrangement you need for the additional iKhokha profile.
Tell Support about any active Cash Advance or other financial obligation linked to the iKhokha profile.
Request the profile split
Download the Split Profile form.
Complete it and email it to support@ikhokha.com.
A Customer Services agent will review and approve your request.
Once it's approved, you'll get an email at your new email address with a link to create your additional iKhokha profile.
If you need help with the form, contact iKhokha Support on 087 222 7000 or support@ikhokha.com. Follow the form instructions, provide only the requested information and wait for the additional iKhokha profile to be reviewed and approved.
Only create an extra iKhokha profile when iKhokha tells you to. An unrequested iKhokha profile can have incomplete verification, the wrong payout arrangement or the wrong business details.
After the additional iKhokha profile is approved
Wait for written confirmation of which machines, stores, online tools and payout arrangements are linked to each iKhokha profile. Moving a machine to another store doesn't move it to that store's iKhokha profile. Check the business shown on the device and the sales or payout history after iKhokha confirms the change.
Wait until the profile split and device linking are complete before taking payments on the machine for the new arrangement. Keep the confirmation and any request reference in your business records.
