Set up iK Accounting
- iK Dashboard
Activate iK Accounting in the iK Dashboard and get started with income and expenses, bank accounts and reports.
iK Accounting is a cloud accounting workspace that brings together cash-flow visibility, connected bank activity, income and expenses, and standard accounting reports. It is available from the iK Dashboard and is separate from the payout account that receives your iKhokha payments.
Check your business and VAT details
Check that the business details on your iKhokha profile are accurate.
Know whether the business is VAT registered.
You can connect a supported bank account after setup if you want bank activity to appear in iK Accounting. iK Accounting does not replace professional accounting or tax advice. You remain responsible for keeping appropriate records and meeting your legal and tax obligations.

After setup, eligible iKhokha card and cash transactions are synced to Income & Expenses after each payout. See Add and manage income and expenses for how these records appear and how to avoid creating duplicates.
To review recurring billing or cancel the Accounting subscription later, see Understand your subscriptions and monthly charges.
