Send us the organisation documents
After submitting your details online, email the following documents to onboarding@ikhokha.com. Use the same email address you used to create your iKhokha profile.
Constitution or founding document listing the business's key members. Include each person's full name, ID number, residential address, position and signature.
Bank confirmation letter showing the account is in the business's or organisation's name.
If you're setting up the business for the key members
Ideally, one of the key members should set up the business to accept payments. If you're not a key member, you can still complete the process, but iKhokha will need additional documents to confirm you're allowed to act on behalf of the business.
Please also email:
A selfie of one of the key members holding their ID document.
A resolution letter signed by all key members. Download the resolution letter template.
After you send your details and documents
iKhokha will review your details and documents. Keep an eye on your email in case iKhokha asks for additional information or documents. Send them so the review can continue.
Once your business is approved to accept payments, you can choose and set up the iKhokha products and features you want to use.
