Create a Product & Service Pay Link

Create a Pay Link for products or services already saved in your iK Catalogue.
A Product & Service Pay Link lets a customer pay for products or services already saved in your iK Catalogue. The items and prices are included in the Pay Link, so you don't need to enter only a payment amount.
Check your catalogue first
Check that the products or services are in your catalogue and that their names, prices and variants are correct. To add or update an item, see Manage your products and services.
Create a Product & Service Pay Link
Sign in to the iK Dashboard.
Open Pay Links.
Select Product & Service.
Select the products or services the customer wants to buy.
Choose the quantity or variant where needed.
Check the items and total, then create the Pay Link.
Only include items you can fulfil. The Pay Link collects the payment, but you still need to prepare the order and arrange delivery or collection.
Share the Pay Link
Copy the Pay Link and send it to the customer through the channel you normally use with them.
After the customer pays
Check the payment status before you prepare or release the order. To manage fulfilment and order status, see Manage your orders.
