Open and sign in to iK POS
Find your register username and password in the management console, then sign in to Poster on the iK POS device.
iK POS uses Poster POS software. Your register username and password are available in the Poster management console.
Find your register username and password
Sign in to your Poster management console.
Open Access.
Select Tablets.
Find the register you want to use. The register username and password are shown in the list.
Sign in on the iK POS device
Open the Poster app on the iK POS device.
Enter the register username.
Enter the register password.
Select Login.
Once you are signed in, Poster opens the POS workspace for that register.
If you need to change or recover an access code
iK POS uses different passwords and PINs for different tasks. If you need to change a register password, reset the management-console password, find the Admin password or find an employee PIN, see Manage iK POS passwords and access.
If Poster does not load or you still can't sign in
Check that the device has a stable internet connection and that you are using the register details shown under Access > Tablets. If Poster is stuck on a grey loading screen or shows a connection problem, see iK POS troubleshooting.
