Download your iKhokha tax invoices

Download your monthly iKhokha tax invoice from the iK Dashboard.
Your tax invoice is a monthly record of everything iKhokha charged you. It shows how your rate-card fees were applied across your transactions, along with your other fees and deductions.
Use it to:
track your business expenses and cost of sales
claim VAT on iKhokha fees, if you are VAT registered
complete your tax return at the end of the financial year
Each month's tax invoice is available from around the 2nd of the following month. For example, your September invoice is available from 2 October.
Download a tax invoice
Sign in to the iK Dashboard.
Go to Reports > Tax invoices.
Choose the year you want from the year filter.
To change the order, select the Invoice month column heading. This switches between newest first and oldest first.
Find the month you need and select Download.
Open the PDF to check it is for the right month.
Save the file securely with your other business records. A tax invoice contains profile and billing information, so keep it private and send it only to the intended recipient.
Tax invoices and customer invoices are different
Your tax invoice is what iKhokha charges you. It is not the same as an invoice you send to your own customers using iK Invoice. To invoice a customer, see Create and send an invoice.
If a month is missing
Check that the right year is selected.
Remember that a month's invoice is only available from around the 2nd of the following month.
Refresh the iK Dashboard, or sign out and sign back in, then check again.
Make sure you are in Reports > Tax invoices, not your customer invoice history.
If the invoice still does not appear, contact iKhokha Support on 087 222 7000 or support@ikhokha.com. Include the year and month that is missing, and your merchant ID or the email address on your iKhokha profile.
