How Refer and Earn works

Share your iKhokha referral link, track its status and check the programme terms.
Refer and Earn lets eligible iKhokha customers share a unique referral link with another business. The referred business must use the link and complete the programme requirements for the referral to count. Check the Refer and Earn terms for eligibility, qualifying actions and rewards.
Open Refer and Earn
Sign in to the iK Dashboard.
Open iK Offers in the left-hand navigation.
Select Refer & Earn.
If Refer and Earn is not shown, check that you are signed in to the right iKhokha profile and that your iKhokha profile is eligible.
Share your referral link
Go to iK Offers > Refer & Earn.
Copy the unique referral link shown for your iKhokha profile.
Share it with the business you are referring through the channel you normally use.
Tell the business to open and use your link when they start their iKhokha setup.
What the referred business needs to do
The referred business needs to use your link during its application or purchase and complete the qualifying actions for your referral.
Track the referral
Return to iK Offers > Refer & Earn to view the status shown for your referrals. Keep the referred business name, date shared and link details in your own records if you need to follow up.
If a referral is missing
Check that the business used your unique link rather than a different sign-up method.
Check the qualifying period shown in Refer & Earn.
Return to Refer & Earn and read the status or message shown.

Keep your sign-in details private and share only your unique referral link.
