Top up your prepaid balance from card sales

Use card sales for a once-off prepaid top-up or set a target for automatic top-ups.
Top up from sales lets you use eligible card sales to add money to your prepaid balance. You can make a once-off top-up when you need funds now, or set an automatic top-up target so the balance can be brought back towards the amount you choose when card sales are available.
Check your prepaid balance before you start. Keep your phone available because you may need to verify the change with a one-time PIN (OTP).
Open Top up from sales in the iKhokha app
Tap Prepaid at the bottom of the screen.
Tap Prepaid Balance.
Tap Top up.
Choose Top up from sales.
OTP verification confirms that you authorised a change to the way card sales can fund your prepaid balance. Never share an OTP with another person or enter one from an unexpected message.
Make a once-off top-up from card sales
Choose Once-off top-up.
Enter the amount you want to top up.
Tap Reserve for top-up.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address.
Tap Verify.
Select Done.
The request can appear as pending before it is added to your Available balance. Wait for the pending state to clear before submitting another top-up.
Set up automatic top-ups from card sales
Choose Auto top-ups.
Enter your prepaid balance target.
Tap Set target and confirm.
Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address.
Tap Verify.
Select Done.
Your target appears under Pending balance target.
The target is the balance you want card-sales top-ups to work towards. If your available card sales are lower than the top-up amount, only the available amount is added to your prepaid balance.
What happens when a top-up is pending?
A top-up can show as pending while it's being completed. The eligible card sales available at that time determine the amount added. Check the status in your prepaid balance before changing the setting.
Cancel a pending once-off top-up
Open the pending top-up.
Select Cancel top-up.
Confirm that you want to cancel it.
Choose a reason if you are asked to choose one.
Select Cancel pending top-up.
Cancel automatic top-up
Open the automatic top-up setting.
Select Cancel auto top-up.
Confirm the cancellation using the control shown.
Cancelling automatic top-up stops future automatic top-up requests; it does not undo a top-up that has already been completed.
