Understand what you earn from eligible prepaid sales, where it appears and when you can use it.
Eligible iK Prepaid sales can generate earnings. Those earnings are added back into your prepaid balance; they are not paid into your bank account as ordinary cash profit or included in your normal iKhokha payout.
Use your prepaid earnings
When an eligible prepaid sale generates an earning, it remains within the prepaid balance. You can use the balance for future supported prepaid transactions once the amount is available.
This works differently from a bank payout. Your earnings aren't paid into your bank account as cash.
If you need to add funds, see Top up your prepaid balance.
Pending earnings and available balance
The balance view can show a pending earnings or profit amount before it moves into Available balance. Pending means the amount is not yet available for a new prepaid transaction. Available balance is the amount you can use now.
Check your prepaid balance to see when the amount is available to use.
Use your daily prepaid report
iKhokha sends a daily email report for your prepaid sales. The report can include the date and time, transaction ID, transaction state, product type, sale amount and the earning or commission shown for that transaction. Percentage-based earnings and fixed-amount earnings may appear in separate fields.
Use the report together with the transaction history on the platform you used. Keep the email and transaction reference if you need Support to investigate a missing voucher, token or earning.
Check earning rates
Earning rates can vary by prepaid product and how the sale is funded. You can check the latest rates in Understand your transaction rates and fees.
