Bulk update your catalogue
- iK Dashboard
Update categories, duplicate, convert or delete several catalogue items in one go.
Bulk update is useful when several catalogue items need the same change. Use it for multi-item actions in catalogue management instead of opening and editing every item one at a time.
Select the items you want to update
Sign in to the iK Dashboard.
Open Store and select Catalogue Management.
Open Products or Services.
Select the items you want to change.
Review the selected rows before you open the action menu. A bulk action applies to the selected items, so clear the selection and start again if one of the items should not be changed.
Before you confirm a bulk action
Check the selected item count and names.
Make sure the action applies to the right item type.
Record any important prices, SKUs or category details before a destructive change.
Preview the affected selling tool after the change where the item is used.
If you're updating one product or service, see Manage your products and services. Stock quantities are managed separately in Manage your stock.
Update the category
Choose Update category from the available bulk controls, select the destination category and confirm the change shown. Check the result in the list afterwards.
Use the More actions menu
The More actions menu may include actions such as Duplicate product, Convert to a service and Delete.
Duplicate selected products
Use Duplicate product when you need a new catalogue item based on an existing product. Review the copied name, price, category, image, SKU, VAT and variant details before saving so you don't create two items that customers could confuse.
Convert products to services
If the menu available to your iKhokha profile offers Convert to a service, review the confirmation before continuing. Product and service fields are not identical, so check which details remain and complete any service information the form requests. Bulk actions for services don't work exactly the same as for products.
Delete selected items
Check every selected item before choosing Delete. Removing an item can affect where it is available in supported selling tools. If you only need to stop an item appearing in your online store or a Pay Link, use that tool's selection controls instead of deleting the catalogue item.
