Check the provider terms that apply when you sell or use OTT and Hollywoodbets vouchers through iK Prepaid.
OTT and Hollywoodbets vouchers have provider-specific terms in addition to the iKhokha prepaid transaction rules. Check the provider's terms or redemption instructions before completing the sale, and confirm the voucher type and amount with the customer.
OTT voucher terms
OTT vouchers are provider vouchers used for supported OTT services. The customer must redeem the voucher through an approved OTT mobile merchant or redemption route shown by the provider.
Redeem the voucher only through the approved provider route.
A voucher code should not be reused after it has been redeemed.
Do not treat the voucher as cash or promise a cash exchange.
Check the provider's validity and redemption rules before you sell it.
Voucher purchases may be non-refundable once issued or redeemed. Check the provider's refund terms before completing the sale.
Hollywoodbets voucher terms
A Hollywoodbets Top Up Voucher is a PIN-based voucher used to add funds to a Hollywoodbets online account. The customer must follow Hollywoodbets’ account, redemption and age-related rules.
Confirm with the customer that the voucher is for a Hollywoodbets account, not a cash withdrawal.
Redemption may require a compliant Hollywoodbets account and the customer must meet the provider’s age and account requirements.
Buying or redeeming a voucher is separate from placing a bet.
Check the provider's voucher validity, redemption and refund terms before completing the sale.
Check the provider and amount before charging
Confirm the provider, voucher type and amount with the customer before selecting Charge. Successful voucher sales can be difficult or impossible to reverse once the PIN has been issued or redeemed.

Contact iKhokha Support on 087 222 7000 or support@ikhokha.com for a transaction that failed, a payment that appears to have been taken without the expected result, or an iK Prepaid balance issue. Contact OTT or Hollywoodbets for account, redemption, voucher-use or provider-service questions. Keep the transaction reference available, but never share a voucher PIN or OTP publicly.
