Set up iK Pay Gateway on Wix

Connect iK Pay Gateway to your Wix checkout by generating the platform credential in the iK Dashboard and adding it to your Wix payment settings. Wix does not support a test or Sandbox Mode for this integration.

Get your Wix store ready

• An active iKhokha profile that can accept online payments.

• An ecommerce-enabled Wix site with access to its payment or integration settings.

• A safe place to store the credential while you configure the site.

Generate the Wix credential in the iK Dashboard

1. Sign in to the iK Dashboard.

2. Open Integrations and choose Payment Gateways.

3. Select the Wix option.

4. Enter the store or reference name requested.

5. Generate and copy the credential shown.

Add iK Pay Gateway to Wix

Open the Wix payment or integration settings and add the iK Pay Gateway option or plugin supplied for the platform. Paste the credential into the field provided, save the settings and enable iKhokha as a payment option.

The exact menu names and plugin labels can change when Wix updates its editor. Use the Wix instructions alongside the iKhokha credential screen.

Check the live checkout

1. Open your published website as a customer.

2. Add an item and continue to checkout.

3. Confirm that iKhokha appears as a payment option and that the iKhokha payment page opens.

The Wix integration doesn't have a test or Sandbox Mode, so any payment through your checkout is a real payment.

Instant EFT is not supported on Wix. The refund capability required for Instant EFT is not available through the third-party Wix integration.

If Wix does not connect

Check that the credential belongs to this store, that it was copied completely and that the gateway is enabled. Do not include your API secret when you ask for help. If a customer payment fails, see Why an online payment failed. If the payment is eligible for a refund, see Refund an online payment.
