Get a Cash Advance top-up
- iKhokha App
Find out when a Cash Advance top-up may be offered, what to review and how repayments continue after acceptance.
A Cash Advance top-up is additional funding that may be offered while you have an active Cash Advance. Top-ups aren't available to every business.
When a top-up may be available
Top-ups are offered to some businesses with an active Cash Advance and a good repayment history. Even if you meet these, you might not get a top-up offer.
Retail Capital assesses top-up offers using your trading history, repayment record and the offer available to your business.
Check whether a top-up is available
Open the iKhokha app and sign in.
Open iK Offers.
Select Cash Advance.
Pick your iK Cash Advance Top Up amount.
Choose your new payment term.
Select Accept now.
If a top-up offer appears, read the details before continuing. Follow the wording and steps shown in the iKhokha app.
Review the top-up before accepting
Check the additional amount, repayment percentage, total amount payable and agreement information shown with the offer. Review how the top-up will affect the repayments collected from future card sales.
Your offer explains whether a top-up adds to, replaces or refinances your current advance. Read this before you accept. Save the agreement and confirmation if that option is available.
After accepting a top-up
Repayment continues according to the percentage-of-card-sales model in the accepted agreement. In the iKhokha app, open iK Offers > Cash Advance Stats to follow your progress. Check your payout statements when deductions affect the amount paid to you.
If no top-up is shown
If no top-up is shown, one is not available for your iKhokha profile at that time. Keep using iKhokha and check again later.
If you think you should have an offer but can't see one, contact iKhokha Support on 087 222 7000 or support@ikhokha.com with your profile details, the date you checked and the message on screen.
