How your card machine is delivered
Know what to expect after ordering and what to check when your machine arrives.
Your iKhokha card machine usually arrives within 3 to 4 days after purchase. The exact arrival date can vary.
While you wait
Keep your order confirmation, delivery details and the name of the store you bought from. Use the delivery or tracking information supplied with the order where it is available.
If you bought through a partner retailer, start with the order information and contact details supplied by that retailer. If you bought through iK Stores, use the information supplied with your iK Stores order. If you're not sure who to contact, use the contact details in your order confirmation.
If delivery takes longer than expected
If the expected delivery window has passed, have your order number ready and contact the store you bought from or iKhokha Support to check the order. If your delivery is late, check with iKhokha Support before placing a second order so you don't pay twice.
When the machine arrives
Check the parcel and machine for visible damage.
Check that the machine and supplied accessories match your order.
Keep the packaging and order information until you are sure the machine is working and you don't need to return it.
If the parcel or machine is damaged, keep the packaging and contact the store you bought from or use the contact details shown in your order information before using it. Explain what was damaged and include your order details.
