Choose and get Business Cover
- iK Dashboard
Compare business cover plans in the iK Dashboard and start an application for the cover your business needs.
If you have an active iKhokha profile, you can compare iK Business Cover plans and apply from the iK Dashboard. Open the available plans to compare what each plan protects, then choose Get Cover when you are ready to apply.
Who can get Business Cover?
iK Business Cover is available if you have an active iKhokha profile. You need an active iKhokha profile to access the offer and application process. The cover, limits and people or devices included depend on the plan you choose and the policy documents issued to you.
Open Business Cover
Open iK Offers.
Select Business Cover.
Select View plans.
Check the plan screen for the offer available to you. Check the plan names, prices and limits in the iK Dashboard before you apply.
Compare the plans
Compare the parts of the policy that matter to your business:
which cover categories are included;
how many iKhokha devices are covered;
the limits for stock, equipment and buildings;
the Personal Accident cover available on the plan;
the monthly premium; and
the excesses, waiting periods and exclusions that apply.
Business Cover can include iKhokha Device Cover, Stock, Equipment and Building Cover, and Personal Accident Cover. A higher-priced plan is not automatically the right plan for your business. Check the cover categories and limits against the risks you need to protect.
Start your application
Choose the plan you want to review.
Select Get Cover.
Complete the information and declarations requested in the application.
Read the disclosures and policy information.
Submit the application using the confirmation action shown.
The fields and screens may change. If the application asks you to confirm an address, device, people covered or another policy detail, check it before submitting. Keep a copy of the application or confirmation if the application gives you that option.
When does cover start?
The policy wording says cover starts when the first premium is received, subject to any applicable waiting periods. Your cover may not all start on the day you apply. Your policy documents show when each part begins.
How your premium is paid
Your Business Cover premium is paid monthly. iKhokha collects the premium from your sales until there is enough to cover it, then pays the insurer on your behalf.
For what happens if a premium cannot be collected, see Manage or cancel your Business Cover.
